Returns
Key aspects of NetPositive's return policy:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or misprint, we'll make it right. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt by emailing support@@netpositive.info
- Wrong Size or Item: If we shipped the wrong size or item, we will cover the return and provide a replacement at no cost to you.
- Customer Error/Remorse: Because all products are made on-demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns due to ordering errors, size preference changes, or buyer's remorse.
- Return Authorization: All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to shipment. To request one, email us with your order date, the item(s) you're returning, and the reason. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return parcel.
- Resolution Method: Approved returns will be resolved with a free replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error.
